Facility Impact Fee

Our facility impact fee is priced based on the number of cast & crew that you will have in the building. It covers expenses like water, restocking restrooms, cleaning supplies, and other building-related expenses. For groups of up to 50 people, this fee is included in the standard studio rental rate. If your production exceeds this amount, there will be an additional fee added to the rental per day.
